Requirements
  • This program is open to college-bound seniors graduating from high schools that belong to the Northern Section of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).
  • Females and males are considered separately.
  • They must be nominated by their high school.
  • Nominees must have participated in a varsity sport for at least 2 years, have earned at least 1 allleague selection, have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and have a record of good citizenship.
  • They must submit an essay on the topic, "Pursuing Victory with Honor."
