The Admiral James B. Osborn Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors from Berkeley, Charleston, or Dorchester counties, in South Carolina. Students who are family members of a submarine-qualified member of the United States Submarine Veterans, Incorporated (USSVI) are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of academic performance.
