The Admiral James B. Osborn Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors from Berkeley, Charleston, or Dorchester counties, in South Carolina. Students who are dependent on a member of Dorchester Base Submarine Veterans are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of academic performance.
