  • Alaska Native, American Indian, or Alaska Native
  • Aged 17 or older
  • Demonstrate financial need Spouse, ancestor, lineal descendant (by blood or adoption), or the spouse of a lineal descendant of any member of the Arctic Education Foundation Board of Directors are not eligible to apply.
