Resident of Alaska

High school graduate

Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree fulltime

U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Alaska Native, American Indian, or Alaska Native

Aged 17 or older

Demonstrate financial need Spouse, ancestor, lineal descendant (by blood or adoption), or the spouse of a lineal descendant of any member of the Arctic Education Foundation Board of Directors are not eligible to apply.
