The African-American Community Foundation - Major John F. Harris, Jr., Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who participate in JROTC in Belmont, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Meadowdale, Northmont, Stebbins, Trotwood-Madison, Wayne, or Xenia high schools in Ohio. Students who demonstrate leadership through extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
