The African-American Community Foundation - William A. Lumpkin Endowed Scholarship program supports African American seniors graduating from Dayton Public or Trotwood-Madison high schools in Ohio. Students who demonstrate leadership through participation in athletics and/or extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
