The Al Church Scholarship provides financial assistance to children and grandchildren of members of Council 65 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). Students planning to pursue a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree in Minnesota or a state that has a reciprocity agreement with the State of Minnesota are welcome to apply.
