This program is open to residents of Massachusetts who are in the process of enrolling or are currently enrolled full-time at an accredited institution of higher learning in any state.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in broadcasting.

The award is presented to the applicant who shows the most promise in industry advocacy, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Financial need is also considered.
