The Alabama Grocers Education Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance for college attendance in any state to employees and children of employees of firms that are members of the Alabama Grocers Association (AGA). High school seniors and undergraduate students seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Employee of Alabama Grocers Association, or their child
  • Resident of Alabama
  • High school senior, community college student, college freshman, sophomore, or junior
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Attending or planning to attend school in the U.S.
  • Parent is an employee fulltime of the Alabama Grocers Association (AGA) firm for a minimum of 2 years, **OR**
  • AGA employee working an average of 15 hours a week for at least 6 months
