The Alabama National Guard Education Assistance Program supports the educational goals of National Guard members in good standing. Active members of the Alabama National Guard who have completed basic training, who are planning to pursue a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree for the first time are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
