The Alan Hutsell Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Central Noble, East Noble, Wawasee, West Noble high schools, or homeschool students of Noble County, Indiana. Students studying criminal justice or emergency medical services are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to West Noble High School seniors.
