The Albert W. and Mildred Hubbard Scholarship award need-based scholarships to graduating seniors or graduates of a high school in Escondido or Valley Center, California that has attended that school for four years, or graduates from a community college that lived in Escondido or Valley Center for the 4 years before graduation. Students who plan to study full-time and attend a 2- or 4-year college or university in California in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.
