The Alfred G. and Imogen M. Moss Scholarship recognize residents of designated towns in Connecticut. This scholarship is available to students who are seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree on a full-time basis in international relations. Students who demonstrate merit through academic standing and have financial need are welcome to apply. Those who plan to focus their studies on human rights receive special consideration.
