The Alice Nelson Franks Scholarship program supports female students who have a parent or grandparent that graduated from a Humboldt County high school in California. Applicants should be graduating high school seniors or re-entry students. Students planning to attend Humboldt State University or the College of the Redwoods are encouraged to apply.
