The Amber Pulliam Special Education Endowment Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students seeking a degree in special education at The University of Southern Mississippi. Students who are seeking a degree with an emphasis in the disability area of special education are encouraged to apply. Applicants from the Pine Belt Area are given special consideration.
