The American Legion, Post #11 ROTC Scholarship is available to Air Force, Army, and Naval ROTC students attending Corban University, Oregon State University, Oregon State University - Cascades Campus, or Western Oregon University. Contracted ROTC students who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to juniors, seniors, and completion ROTC students.

  • Attending Corban University, Oregon State University, Oregon State University Cascades Campus, or Western Oregon University
  • College sophomore, junior, or senior
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Participation in leadership
