American Patriot Scholarship provides financial assistance for undergraduate education to children of members of the uniformed services who have died or suffered a traumatic injury.

Requirements
  • This program is open to children under 24 years of age of active, Reserve, and National Guard uniformed service personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, or National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration) whose parent has died on active service or is receiving Traumatic Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance (T-SGLI) payments.
  • Applicants must be working on an undergraduate degree.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on scholastic ability (33%)), extracurricular activities (33%), and financial need (33%).
