Requirements
  • This program is open to licensed radio amateurs of technician class or higher who are residents of or attending school in Louisiana.
  • Applicants must be enrolled at a 4year college or university and majoring in international studies.
  • Preference is given to members of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and to students working on a baccalaureate or higher degree.
  • Selection is based on academic merit, financial need, and interest in promoting amateur radio.
