The Andrew J. Shields Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Clark, Cowlitz, and Skamania Counties high schools in Washington who have completed the Southwest Washington Fire Cadet program. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
