About the Scholarship

The Andrew York Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors in the state of Washington. Students who are active in their school and community, providing awareness to prevent impaired or distracted driving caused by drugs, alcohol use, or texting are encouraged to apply. Applicants who are active members of IBEW 77 or a child/grandchild of an active member receive special consideration.

  • Participation in school or community advocacy providing awareness to prevent impaired or distracted driving Preference is given to applicants who are active members of IBEW Local 77 or a child or grandchild of an active IBEW Local 77 member with verifiable documentation.
