The Ann and Wirt Cogswell Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Grants Pass, Hidden Valley, Illinois Valley, or North Valley High Schools in Oregon. Students planning to attend a college or university within the United States, excluding Rogue Community College, are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to those who have not received other scholarships.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • May attend any U.S. college or university except Rogue Community College
  • Exhibit good citizenship and respect for the law
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who have not received other scholarships.
