The Ann and Wirt Cogswell Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Grants Pass, Hidden Valley, Illinois Valley, or North Valley high schools in Oregon. Students who are not attending Rogue Community College are encouraged to apply. Those who have not received other scholarships receive special consideration.

  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Graduating senior from Grants Pass, North Valley, Hidden Valley, or Illinois Valley high schools in Oregon
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • May attend any college or university in the United States EXCEPT Rogue Community College
  • Exhibit good citizenship and respect for the law
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who have not received other scholarships.
