The Ann W. Dooley Advancement Scholarship is open to residents of Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, or Winnebago counties of Illinois who have a physical disability. Students enrolled or planning to enroll in a postsecondary program that will enhance their lives through employment and/or independent living skills are encouraged to apply.
