The Ann W. Dooley Advancement Scholarship is open to residents of Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, or Winnebago counties of Illinois who have an intellectual disability. Students enrolled or planning to enroll in a postsecondary program that will enhance their lives through employment and/or independent living skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree for employment or independent living skills
