The Anna, Pierre, and Ephraim Block Scholarship awards need-based scholarships to graduating seniors from any high school located in Cameron, Dimmit, Duval, Hidalgo, Jim Hogg, La Salle, Starr, Webb, or Zapata counties in Texas. Special consideration is given to students attending college in Texas.
