The Anthony "Tony" Gobar Juvenile Justice Scholarship Fund is awarded to full-time college juniors and seniors preparing for a career in juvenile justice or a related field. Students pursuing a degree in criminal justice, political science, social work, pre-law, or counseling at Southern University in Louisiana or a public university in Mississippi are welcome to apply.
