The APAO Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of any state working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a field related to asphalt technology at a college in Oregon. Students who participate in extracurricular activities or have work experience are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
