The APSEA Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to graduating high school seniors who can demonstrate involvement with the Asian Pacific Islander community. Students from Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sutter Yolo, Yuba, or Placer counties in California are welcome to apply.
