The APSEA Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to graduating high school seniors who can demonstrate involvement with the Asian Pacific Islander community and a commitment to DEI through community service. Students from Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sutter Yolo, Yuba, or Placer counties in California are welcome to apply.
