Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and full-time college students whose parent is a current employee or a direct member of the association with a hire date at least 1 year prior to March 15 of the application year.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state.

Firsttime applicants must have earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their previous educational program.

Selection is based on academic achievement; financial need is not considered.
