Ark-La-Tex Chapter MOAA Leadership Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in the area served by the Ark-La-Tex Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) who are members of Junior ROTC or the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) and planning to join ROTC at a college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from local high schools in the area of the chapter.
  • Applicants must be active JROTC/CAP cadets.
  • They must be planning to enter the ROTC program at a college or university in any state.
  • Selection is based on academic performance, earned honors, involvement in school and community activities, and leadership.
