The Arkansas EdTA Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Arkansas who plan to major in fields related to theater at a college in any state.

Requirements
  • GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Senior graduating from high school in Arkansas.
  • Active in the Thespian troupe.
  • Each troupe may submit applications for 5 of its members.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend college in any state. Major or minor in the communication arts (theater, speech, radio, television, film, broadcasting, music, or dance) or in speech and theater education.
  • Auditions are held in the categories of performance, technical, film and theater education.
  • Selection is based on auditions held at the Arkansas Thespian Festival.
