Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students in rehabilitation, education, law, or other fields of service to persons with disabilities.

Applicants must be legally blind in both eyes.

A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher is generally required.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

Scholarship winners are expected to be present at the council's annual conference; the council will cover all reasonable expenses connected with convention attendance.
