The Art Competition Scholarship for South County High School Seniors supports graduating high school seniors or those receiving a GED from the southern portion of Santa Barbara County, California (including the cities of Carpinteria, Goleta, and Santa Barbara). Students planning to study the traditional fine arts (e.g., painting, drawing, sketching, photography, design, furniture, sculpture) are encouraged to apply.
