The Arthur and Learline Beaty Endowed Scholarship is available to students at the University of Massachusetts Lowell who are members of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) or its successor. If NSBE or its successor no longer exists, then members of the Black Student Union or its successor will qualify. Students seeking an associate's, bachelor's, graduate degree, or Ph.D. in engineering-related fields are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students with financial need and a qualifying GPA.
