The Arthur and Winifred E. M. James Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Benson High School in Portland, Oregon. Students planning to pursue postsecondary education are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who participate in Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts.
