The Arthur Gosling Educational Leadership Scholarship is open to residents of Arlington County, Virginia. Applicants must be graduating seniors from high schools in Arlington Public Schools (APS) district. Students who are planning to seek a degree that will prepare them for a career in education are eligible to apply.
