The ASFPM Foundation Collegiate Student Paper Competition Program awards scholarships to winners of the ASFPM Student Paper Competition. Students who are currently enrolled in college or university and present a paper on a subject relating to floodplain or stormwater management at the ASFPM annual national conference are encouraged to apply.
