Associated Oregon Loggers Member Scholarship for Other Accredited Colleges of Forestry provides financial assistance to high school seniors and current college students from Oregon who are children of members of Associated Oregon Loggers (AOL) and preparing for a career in the logging industry at a school other than a college of forestry in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors and current undergraduates who are children of AOL regular members.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend or attend a community college, trade school, or 4year business college in any state to prepare for a career in the logging industry.
  • Selection is based on academic record; SAT or ACT scores; relevant experiences; legibility, neatness, and accuracy of information submitted; and thought process, grammatical usage, and expression in the required essay.
  • Financial need is not considered.
