The Associates Scholars Empowerment Program is offered to high school graduates or GED recipients who are enrolled in a two-year degree program. Special consideration given to students pursuing trades or allied health fields at two-year Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) or Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs).

  • Seeking a professional certification or associate degree full or parttime

  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students pursuing trades or allied health professions, particularly those attending one of the nation’s twoyear Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) or Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs).
