The Association of Hispanic Professionals for Education Scholarship is available to first-generation Hispanic or Latino community college transfer students in Orange County, California, who have been residents for at least three years. Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to those enrolling at California State University, Fullerton.
