The Atkins Foundation Scholarship is available to students at the University of North Florida College of Computing, Engineering, and Construction who have graduated from a high school in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, or St. Johns counties in Florida. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in civil engineering are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to active members of the UNF student chapter of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers).
