The Ava's Grace Scholarship is available to residents of Missouri or Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, or St. Clair counties in Illinois, whose parent or guardian has been or is currently incarcerated. Students seeking their first certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply.
