The AVHRA Human Resource Scholarship supports a graduating senior or current college student from a Chelan, Douglas, or Okanogan county high school in Washington who is pursuing a career in human resources. Students who plan to attend a 4-year college or university in Washington or Wenatchee Valley College are encouraged to apply.
