The Baker Professional Women's Initiative Scholarship is available to female graduates of Columbia County high schools in Oregon. Students planning to pursue postsecondary education are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need. Special consideration is given to graduates of Scappoose and St. Helens high schools in Columbia, Oregon.
