  • This program is open to residents of 1 of the 21 Texas counties that comprise the Balcones Section who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in the petroleum industry.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
