The Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting the postsecondary educational goals of residents living in properties owned and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities. Scholarships are available to students who have been active in school and their community. Students planning to attend a college, university, or trade school are welcome to apply.

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree

Participation in community service or extracurricular activities

Have an Active Lease and Live in a Balfour Beatty Community

Demonstrate financial need

Proven academic achievement
