The Baltimore-Washington Section Freshman Scholarship is awarded to female graduating high school seniors or college freshmen who are members of the Society of Women Engineers. Students must be residents of the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia and plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or computer science at an ABET-accredited college or university.
