The Barbara & Joseph C. Littleton Scholarship is available to graduating seniors attending Steuben County High School in New York who are from a single-parent/guardian household or residing with guardians who are not their parents. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students from Bath and Hammondsport in New York and those with an 80-90 average who demonstrate self-initiative through paid employment, volunteerism, or academic assistance.
