The Barbara Ann Kessler Saph Memorial Scholarship was established by Mr. Val A. Saph and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kessle to provide assistance to graduating seniors from Marine City and St. Clair high schools in Michigan. Applicants will be reviewed for their leadership in school and community activities.
