The Barbara Hiss Bruning Scholarship is available to collegiate members of the Alpha Omicron Pi Theta Psi chapter. If no Theta Psi collegiate member applies or is eligible, it is available to any collegiate member or any alumane member if no collegiate member is eligible or has applied. Students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree are eligible to apply.
