The Barry D. Koval Memorial Scholarship is available to minority students in the metro-Richmond area in Virginia. Graduating high school seniors who currently attend a public high school in the cities of Richmond or Petersburg and the counties of Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, or Powhatan, or adult learners in the metro-Richmond area are welcome to apply.
