The Bay Education Foundation Endowed Scholarship is open to undergraduates at either campus (Panama City or Tallahassee) of Florida State University. Students enrolled at least part-time are encouraged to apply. Those who have completed the Take Stock in Children program administered by the Bay Education Foundation receive special consideration, with priority in the following order: Panama City campus students, Tallahassee campus students, and Bay District School employees.
