Requirements
  • This program is open to students who are preparing for a career in broadcasting.
  • Preference is given to applicants who are either 1) enrolled fulltime at a community college, or 2) graduates of a community college currently enrolled full-time at a 4-year college or university.
  • Their current or former community college must be an institutional member of the Broadcast Education Association.
  • Selection is based on evidence that the applicant possesses high integrity, superior academic ability, the potential to be an outstanding electronic media professional, and a sense of personal and professional responsibility.
